Norton Anti-Virus is alerting us that we have the Downloader Trojan. Followed the directions they gave us for removal with no avail. The file corrupt is kbdbug.dll in the Windows, System32 Directory. Everytime I try to remove the file, it tells me the file is in use by another program. Have tried removing it in Safe Mode and in command prompt, but still get the same error. Any suggestions?
