Problems Getting Rid Of Surfairy

Hi there.

Does anybody know how i can stop the Surfairy 16 bit MSDOS subsystem from popping up every time I open a web browser page. My brother tells me that its spyware often used by packard bell but i cant seem to get rid of it. i have tried two or three different antispyware programs to get rid of it but nothing works. i had to reformat the hard drive last week after a virus got through the antivirus softrware hence the reason this surfairy has reappeared.

help... its getting annoying.:mad:

thanks but i've managed to ged rid of it simply by going into the system tools and then into the smart restore:)
