Backdoor Hijack Virus

I'm about ready to reformat. Can anyone help me? I'm afraid to infect my entire network and lose my job. Please!

First, you ran HJT from it's download archive in a temporary folder, which is not recommended. Make a new folder C:\HJT\ or C:\CallMeLikeYouWantEvenMary-Bruce\ and copy HiJackThis to that folder.

It would help a lot if you post the logs from your virus scans or name the malware they found. I can only guess from the log that some things are fishy:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mssnat.exe
is a an unknown running process, so unknown that Google doesn't know it at all. That's pretty suspect and unusual. There are also some references to services with randomly generated filenames. From what I know, your computer is seriously compromised. Here is what hardliner security people say about backdoors:

"Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS." (C+P from CastleCops)

Since your posting sounds like this computer is/was/would be connected to a company network, being so radical makes even more sense than on "home computers". If reformatting doesn't make you loose all your work/data (can you still run cd burning software?), you will probably save much time and some nerves by doing so.

But try to give us more information on what your virus scanners found.
