high cpu usage due to update.exe

hi im having the same problem that left this tread.

i tried doing what you did but i dont think its the same adware. i ran hijack this and here is the log.

can u help me with this. i cant doin anything on my pc. when i press ctrl-alt-dlt i go to the process window an see that update.exe an system are the only two things that are suckin up the cpu usage. my computer isnt running any programs and if i open a program it takes forevverrrr to load. pls help
