Determine which antivirus program you prefer and remove/disable the other so that you only have one running.
Go to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel and remove Viewpoint Manager.
Scan with HijackThis and have it fix the following entries:

Close any open browser windows before hitting the 'Fix' button.
Go to the following locations and delete the highlighted folder and files:
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
C:\WINDOWS\system32\terminals.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cjnr4r4rmctkb.exe
Empty all Temp folders (or run CCleaner; for more details, see the 'Cleaning' link in my signature block below).
Empty your Recycle Bin and reboot.
I also suggest you run Ewido (in Safe Mode); a link to it can also be found in that 'Cleaning' link below.
