Help with HJT log

Expand Post »
The other day I clicked on a link on google, stepped away from my computer for a moment and when I returned something was actively downloading to my pc. I closed and cancelled what I could. Later when I returned there were at least 30 open IE windows. I have since run Ad-aware, SpyBot, and CWS shredder. There are still a couple of files here that I am unsure of and I am looking for an opionion on whats left.
