Another hijackthis log

[Spuffington]

I have been having quite a few problems with my computer recently. I think I have managed to get rid of most of the rubbish by using ad-aware and spybot. Here is my hijackthis log, can u plz tell me if I am still infected with something and if so what should I do to get rid of it.

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete

C:\WINDOWS\System\taskmon.exe< file. Do not delete the legitimate file which resides in C\Windows

Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log plz.
