I will advice you this:
Reboot into a safe mode (press F8 while booting and select safe mode with or without network support)
Move thiese files (just in case you need to restore them)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msnprcss.exe (if you're not using some 3rd party system process monitor)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\srvnst.exe (if you're not using some 3rd party system process monitor)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wnpnl.exe
Now, type in the "run" menu "regedit"
Locate "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" key.
Rightclick on it and select "export" (again, just in case you need to restore this registry key), and save the registry key to a file. Make sure you know where it is, in case you need to restore it.
Now, delete the "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wnpnl.exe" entry in that key.
Srvnst.exe and msnprcss.exe are suggested to be trojans (or 2 parts of single trojan) and deleting them is not necessarly only solution. You can rightclick "My computer" and select manege. Under "Services and Applications/Services" doubleclick the "System Process Monitor" service and in the "status type" select "Disabled". Same goes for "Asynchronous Load Balance" service. This can be done without rebooting in the safe mode.
Regarding wnpnl.exe, it is pretty much unknown proccess, so I advice removing it from registry and system32 folder.
There are also couple of "legit" spywares running. They are part of the software you have installed (AC97 activity monitor and gamespyarcade).
If you need to restore the deleted files/registy key, doubleclick the registry key you exported (you will need to confirm) and move back those files you moved away from System32 folder.
