so like every ten seconds a box comes up and it always says automatic update s error..i sent the error to micosoft and i even tryed to debug it but it still come up can some one help me???
today i shut off the automatic updates program..and the problem stoped, but is it bad to have automatic updates off???
A couple things. One probably isn't malware related but just in case please post a HJT log. No its not really that bad as long as you get the updates once in a while ecspecially service packs and such.
