Prosearching.com has hijacked my browser

Expand Post »
I have read though this forum and followed some of the suggested procedures.
I have installed, Adaware, Spybot and HijackThis.
Ran all three and below is the HJT log. It really looks infected and I suspect I can delete some but wanted you all to see the untampered log.

What next?

thanks,

Re: Prosearching.com has hijacked my browser

Hi & welcome to the forums. Please do the following & we will have you clean in no time .
Open Task manager by right clicking on the task bar & end process on the following:
sta11.exe

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :

Delete the following manually:

C:\PROGRA~1\COOLWI~1< folder
C:\PROGRA~1\MESSLO~1< folder
C:\DOCUME~1\SCOTT&~1\LOCALS~1\Temp< contents of folder

In order to view these files you may have to select 'show hidden files/folders.' Instructions on how to here.

Reboot normally & uninstall spykiller. It is a rip off of another product & not nearly as good.

Post a fresh log after plz.
