Laptop Hosed:Symantic Email Proxy error

My laptop is sick. It was working when I went to work and when I returned home, my wife indicated it was doing something strange. She gets a lot of junk email in her yahoo account and I suspect something came in there.

At first it was redirecting google searches and resetting the home page. Now it is sending out lots of strange email and the only indication I have is that even when it should be idle, the performance monitor shows lots of activity and I get several hundred Symantic Email Proxy errors.

I loaded and ran Adaware-SE and found two trojans, now gone.
I also loaded and ran CWShreader and it found nothing.

What should I do next.

I tried posting this a while ago and got an error.

I did all the security updates which also installed IE7. Don't know if that was a good idea or not.

Here is the new HJT scan...

So far, things are working OK for now but there is no way for me to be certain that the machine is clean.

No, it is still hosed. It just sent out a few thousand bogus email messages. The Symantec Email Proxy generated errors on a couple of hundred bad email addresses. Sorry if any of you got spammed.

Can someone tell me what is in the HJT log above which needs to be fixed?
