Memory Dumps, Sudden Reboots, Blue Screen of death, Non responsive programs

Ok I have NO clue what kind of beast I have on this machine BUT, I am running Windows XP Pro with Media Center 2005. I have McAfee for antivirus, Spy Sweeper, AVG Anti Spyware, Windows Washer, CCleaner and I have run them all and it comes up clean when clearly its NOT. This is a brand new computer. Just got it Jan 6th so not even 2 months old yet. I suspect the problem orginated from Paltalk but have no clear evidence. Here is my HJT Log.

go to start - run type msconfig.

uncheck anything you don't need.

if you aren't sure of something go here and check it.

Go to start then control panel.

then system click advanced then advanced again go to vitual memory.custom set it as follows if you got say 1 gig of memory multiply 1024 by 2 put that into the minumum take that answer multipy by put it into max click set.reboot.

after you reboot from the msconfig a box will pop up put a check mark in the little box and it won't pop up anymore.
