ppsuz.dll pop-up problems

Expand Post »
I'm having a terrible time right now with pop-ups. Normally, I am able to find the guilty party, unregister the evil dude, and delete it. This new one has been much more of a challenge.

I followed the advice of some other posters here and downloaded hijackthis and scanned my computer. Here is the log list:

I "fixed" default search and start pages and removed the iead.exe file (no longer shown here). The problem persists... Please HELP!

Re: ppsuz.dll pop-up problems

That isn't a complete log- there should be a list of running programs/process at the beginning.

Save the log file as a text file and then open the log file in notepad. From there you see and be able to cut-n-paste the entire log.
