Problem with home page

. Every Time I Restart My Computer...And I Go On Internet Explorer This Site..Called MySearch Or W.e Is Always My Home Page I Cant Make It Go Away...I Have To Keep Puting My Old Home Page So That One Goes Away But When I Restart It Comes Back Agine...Please Help If You Can
