Can you please do the following.
===============
Move HiJackThis to it's own folder; like c:\HJT. When we're done 'cleaning' off your system, we're going to 'flush' the temporary folders which, with HiJackThis in it's current location, we'll lose both the program and the backups it creates. These backups are important in case we need to restore any 'fixed' entry(s) later.
Also move the "Backups" folder, for HiJackThis, if present.
===============
Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:

No, that's not it. Did you follow mi instructions on how to download it, or did you left click on the download link?
I saved it into my documents and when I open it there is a list of options of how I want to open it such as Internet Explorer or WordPad. The log I posted was what came up on WordPad. Is this what I use?
This is what the log should look like; http://www.daniweb.com/techtalkforums/post330596-7.html
Okay I clicked the Here option on your last post. At the top of the screen I right clicked the Download option and saved it into my desktop. Noe when I try to open the file it asks what I want to use to open it. The recommended options are Internet Explorer, WordPad, NotePad
When I select Internet Explorer, it just takes me to the web page where I downloaded it. The other options give me what I posted, which wasn't the log.
How are you trying to open the file? All you need do with it is to double click the file to run it. When it has finished it will produce it's own log using notepad.
What should come up when I try to open Silent Runners? Every time I try to open it there is a box asking if I want to open it with Internet Explorer or Wordpad. My last post was what came up after I opened SR with Wordpad. Internet Explorer only opens up the website.
You are not meant to try and open silent runners. Once you have downloaded the file to your pc, all you need to do is double left click on the file for it to run. It may run (invisibly) for a minute or two, then it produces a log in the same folder that you are running it from. If you are running it from the desktop, the log will appear there.
