Loads of unremovable spyware

Ive tried Adware and a2 but none of them are turning up any results. There are several exe's that keep running themeselves and include pamm.exe, iinstall.exe, crss.exe -not the windows services 1, bhui.exe and arpa.exe. I think that i got it through WMP somehow, i ran CWShredder and it found and removed it. But i the exe's r starting themselves up. Every so often i also get a Windows Error Servie message (soo obviously fake) saying Spyware detected press ok do download removal program. Notepad isnt working, so i had 2 oen the Hijack this log in Word as follows.

Logfile of HijackThis v1.97.7

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SuperBar.Component] C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\services.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdRotator.Application] C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\csrss.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll",Load

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.mt-download.com

O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111123} - ms-its:mhtml:file://C:\bla.MHT! http://216.115.95.98//7ble.chm::/wincfgid.exe
O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111157} - ms-its:mhtml:file://c:\nosuch.mht! http://hard-virgins.com/sher/x.chm::/load.exe

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\services.exe< file ( make sure it's only the one in the inetsrv folder)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\csrss.exe< file

Reboot normally & Go here for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.
