Uninstall webhancer from add/remove programs. Wintools removal here.
Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :
O3 - Toolbar: My &Search Bar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\2.bin\MYBAR.DLL (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [webHancer Survey Companion] "C:\Program Files\webHancer\Programs\whSurvey.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [amvvrsgzp] C:\WINDOWS\System32\bicjvh.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [stcinstaller] c:\installer\id53.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ie4uiinit.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\ie4uiinit.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ie4uiinit.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\ie4uiinit.exe
Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:
C:\Program Files\webHancer< folder
C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools< folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\bicjvh.exe< file
c:\installer\id53.exe< file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ie4uiinit.exe< file
Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log plz.
Go here for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.

Delete the contents of the following folder.
C:\DOCUME~1\CORYEL~1.COR\LOCALS~1\Temp<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
