08mc0oxg.dll error loading

I recently ran a scan on my computer that my university created. After running it and restarting it, I am recieving an error message:
Error loading 08mc0oxg.dll
The specified module could not be found

I ran the the scan becuase my Webroot Spy Sweeper program keeps poping up a message that says Spy Sweeper Shild Activation requires restarting the computer, however I have restarted it many times.

Please help!!!!
