Norton Internet Security 2004 Live Update

I am having what I think is a problem with Live Update for NIS 2004. I run Win98. When I run Live Update, where it gets to the part of loading the Parental Control List, the blue bar stops a half inch short of the end every time. When I check ctrl+alt+del, it says the UrlUpdater is not responding. So I end the task. I downloaded Intelligent Updater, so I could update that way. My system states that I am up to date.

Anyone know about the part where the blue bar stops an inch short of finishing? Thank you for any help. :sad:

You might have some kind of corruption in your data files related to Norton, possibly.

Possibly, consider completely uninstalling and then reinstalling Norton, then run Live Update. See if that doesn't fix the issue.
