Could any one tell me how to deal with this virus? I couldnt get rid of it by using Norton and everytimes I start my laptop, a Norton window pop out and said I get this virus and couldnt be recover or delete. Thanks~~
Go here for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.
Need more info too. What operating system, where is the file located etc.
