IE hijacked by continous pop-ups

im using WINDOWS XP PRO SP1...i've already used SPY BOT SEARCH AND DESTROY 1.3, AD-AWARE, and CW SHREDDER and my browser keeps doing pop ups and keeps getting hijacked..can someone help me please??

Try doing a search for "sp.html" in our forums here. MANY other people have had this issue, and their solutions should work for you.
