*Simple* solution found !!!

I've found a Simple*( ) solution to my problem. Thanks for a lot*( ...) of support and a lot* of replys to this thread . My solution was this:

1) I used Norton Removal Tool (which i simply found using google) to get rid of this *not good* soft. (it wasn't even to able to detect the source of the problem - some .dll(s) in ../System32, about 9 in total).

2) Some time after I've installed NOD32 Antivirus System and Trend Micro Anti-Spyware and downloaded/run VundoFix and SpywareBlaster.

3) 5 Days have passed and system runs perfectly and no problems at all (exept iexplorer.exe is visible in Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) after i closed ALL IE windows and has at least 30M of Mem Usage). I was able to track some http server addresses that IE popups were jumping from (it was something like this: _http://IPAddress/and_a_lot_of_text...._

IPAddress were:
65.243.103.56
65.243.103.62
65.243.103.60
89.188.16.16
82.98.235.61
89.188.16.10

and probably some more different ones starting from 65.243.103.(5x or 6x) and 89.188.16.(10-20 maybe), not sure about this ,
but i've added them to my router's and firewall's block list anyway.

Since all of those actions my system have been *clean* for some time now .
