vulcanjedi: Sites that load about:blank

I stumbled across a site that loads the about:blank hijacker. its myifriends.com
It's owned by someone in Honk Kong but registered in a USA registrar. Has anybody had success with filing complaints against such sites?

I have no idea, but I do know of one more site that's getting mapped to 127.0.0.1 in my hosts file...
