How can I remove the toolbar in my internet explorer.

everytime I opened my Internet Explorer, there's a blue toolbar that will appear and I reckon that this is the reason of the delay when I open my Internet Explorer. I can't uninstall it, the toolbar is called "chic cool".
How can I get rid of this toolbar?

First read the Read Me above by CatWeazel about helping yourself. You'll probably be able to remove it yourself with AdAware or Spybot. If you still need help the Mods here are really helpful so come back with your results.

I tried the adaware or spybot but to no avail. What I did is that I run the Hijackthis and remove the files there where I can see the search toolbar and it did solved my problem.
