the computer freezes up or not letting me control

When I boot up my computer it says that I am missing a file called bridge.dll and the mouse mooves without control or freezes up complitely.
it's windows 2000, 500.21.95 service pack 4
Lately I installed some games that maybe caused these problems.
I don't remember how to use the spybot to get the list, can you lead me?

Haven't found any of those files.
The massage "missing a file called bridge" doesn't show up anymore, but still the computer freezes or the cursor freezes or the windows jump in a very odd ways. Is it a mental illness or what ?

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O3 - Toolbar: MSN Toolbar - {BDAD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Program Files\MSN Toolbar\01.01.1629.0\he-il\msntb.dll (file missing)

This one is rescource hogg and duggested fix
