Re: Help Plz

The installer is likely referencing the Print Spooler service on the system. Make sure that the service is set to Automatic and Started.

1. Click Start, Select Run.
2. Type services.msc
3. Click OK
4. Locate the Print Spooler service, right-click and select Properties.
5. Ensure the Startup Type is Automatic.
6. Ensure the Service Status is Started.

Then, try installing.

Re: Help Plz

Is this XP or windows 2000?

The spoller service mysteriously failing is a major problem for windows 2000
