MSN Virus?

I am trying to clean up a PC that runs slow and freezes. It's owner thinks her sn downloaded the MSN phto virus but I cannot find it and don't know what else to do. I have run spybot, superantispware but still the same.
Can anyone give me an easy fix?

start with the top scan on virus-help.org and make your way down. it's important to use multiple scans to keep everything in check...

Also you should include a HJT log from that computer. (see stickies)
