DLL Virus ?

My PC continually reboots itself, (XP Pro) thinking it may be a fan problem i contacted the Supplier who said it may be a "DLL Virus" My AVG and Stinger failes to see any virus, is there such a virus circulating please and if so is there a fix ?

You may want to try cleaning your registry

Done that already, thanks, but i think the problem may be hardware and not a virus
