Which free anti-spyware is better?

Which free anti-spyware is better? I've used Spybot Search & Destroy, but now it's too old. I hesitate between Ad-Aware 2007 and Spyware Terminator. Or maybe there is something better?

agree AVG anti spyware ,but also the the above mention program that you use are spyware removal tools[after the fact ] not spyware prevention tools ,as is AVG

i think the best program to use is Microsoft's Window's Defender. www.microsoft.com/downloads you should see it here in the top ten downloads.

Actually, windows defender and OneCare are rated the worst antispyware tool in the world, they didnt even qualify.
