error loading on start up

when my computer is starting up i get a box stating:error loading c:\progra~1\newdot~2.dll the specified module could not be found. what is this and how do i get rid of it? help!undefined

You've been infected by the NewDotNet "spyware" program, which means that you probably have other unwanted guests in your system as well.
