New Win32 Virus + Desktop Blank

Expand Post »
The last 2 days or so the Win32 and New Win32 virus have slowly infected my computer and have pretty much completely taken it over now. I am unable to boot up normally or in safe mode and when I do only the desktop background comes up or the screen stays black. It also has started asking for user name and password which I never enabled for my computer.

I have McAfee antivirus and it had been detected the viruses but it was enable to properly clean all of them. I ran spybot search and destroy, adaware, spyhunter, and spydoctor and they all removed various different problems from my computer.

I have a HP so I booted into system recovery mode and did a system recovery which removed my McAfee, reverting it to it's previous new state which came with Norton. Unfortunately Norton had expired long ago so after the system recovery my computer was completely open to attack. The virus seemed to multiply and now I cannot do a single thing on my computer.

The only thing I can get up is the cmd prompt but I am unsure of what to do. Is there anything I can do to fix my computer? It is still under warranty but I am not sure if HP covers stuff like this. Thanks in advance for anyone that can offer some help.
