Problem with dll

When i start my computer i get something that says
Access denied for WINNT/system32/jdxq80v9pl.dll
my computer still starts up but when it does, the usuall toolbar at the bottom
of the screen is not there, and there is nothing at the desktop.
So if you guys can help that would be appreciated.

I suggest you follow those instructions :). If you wish to continue with help here though, I am happy to oblige, but not when you are receiving help from elsewhere. The reason for that is only because it can get extremely confusing if you are following instructions from one site and different instructions from another.
