Need help...computer will hardly process anything...HJT log

My computer suddenly (today) started to drag on almost all applications. Now it seems to constantly be using 100% cpu. In addition to this problem, I can't use my wireless web (I am hardwired into the router now). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Windows XP Home (Version 2002; Service Pack 1)
-HP Pavilion ze5000 notebook
-Pentium 4 (2.0 Ghz)

you might just have to get rid of things on your computer like programs that you dont want then spyware scan and then defragment your drive. And if you dont do this regulary make sure to delete your temporary files.

Something else that may help is to disable, or set to start manually, services that you don't need running all the time (usually things like ipod, itunes, quick time, etc.). To get there, go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services.

Also, update your HJT before you post another log.
