Hotmail RTF Error

Whenever I try to compose a new email in Hotmail, the RTF toolbar doesn't load (just says "opening page http://lw11fd.law11.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/EN/rte.asp" in status bar) and my HTML signature doesn't show up right, shows up in HTML code!!!! Any thoughts?!?! Please?

No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
