Problems when viewing pages...

I have a problem when viewing pages in that I get red crosses in white boxes appearing on certain parts of the page, and also some sections show "you are not authorized to view this page" These are public sites that I can view on other PC's so I know it's an issue with mine. I messed with all the IE settings that I can, defaulting and changing security and privacy settings but to no avail. I have attached a screenshot of what I see when viewing eBay as this shows the problem fully. Can anyone help please.

No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
