right click problem

when i right click on any website theres this porn link. ive tried a lot to get rid of it, but it just stays there. any suggestions? p.s. im sorry for posting three post.

www.ad-aware.com try downloading that and running it (after checking for updates). I'd be more than willing to bet that would fix it
