Web links will not open

Expand Post »
Hi,

I'm afraid I'm not that clued up on computers but goggled my problem and came across this site so thought as you guys are all geniuses from what I’ve been reading you maybe able to help? ;-)

When someone sends me a link or I try and open a link in another website the computer just freezes for a bit then goes to a blank page then goes back to the page I was just on.

I have run a few spy ware and virus programs and managed to get rid of a few buggers but it's still not working.

Any body know what this means?

Thanks,

Marie

Re: Web links will not open

I would suggest trying this first:

Get IEFix from here:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4467.html

After you run it, repost and tell us if the problem still persists.

Re: Web links will not open

The repair pst and recovery outlook express email has prompted you a path of the Outlook Express files' storage. And now save the damaged dbx files in the safe folder, they can be useful.
