Internet Security

Does anyone know why I can't go on the internet with my existing Norton anti-virus security turned on?. When I turn it on and click the link to connect to the internet, the homepage says that it cannot be displayed.

Re: Internet Security

It is possible that you blocked access to your own router or modem when one of those annoying popups appeared in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. It would have said like "(some ip address here) is trying to access your computer. Accept or deny". If you said deny, you cant get the internet because you it would be blocking your own modem/router from connecting to your computer.
