E-Mail HELP PLEASE

i have AOL and when I open an e-mail, then enable link, boxes with red X's in them and cannot read mail.....please help:cheesy:

Do Internet Explorer and Firefox load all their graphics?

It sounds like the email is disabeling pictures in the email. Are you sure you pressed the link for 'Enable pictures" in the top of the email?
