Every Explorer Browser takes 10 mins to open

Every explorer (verion 6.0) takes about 10 mins to open. In addition
  • toolbar has changed
  • pop-up blocker option is missing in tools menu
  • Don't have following keys in Registry
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Restrictions
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Restrictions
  • Norton Antivirus Scan did not find any virus

Have you tried doing a system restore to when Explorer opened well??
