2 boot up errors loader.exe and iedll.exe

Keep getting an error every time booting up. 1st error is loader has caused in error in loader.exe and then c:\windows\iedll.exe file appears to be corrupt. This is on Windows Me.

do a system restore back to before the eroors started !! maybe

Tried Many different dates, but only ones to go back to are system check points and they are always unsuccessfull.
