More OfficeXP problems

Another problem that I am having.....

Okay, I re-installed Win98SE and it started fresh... When I try to install it (OfficeXP) this time, it says that I am missing fileMSFR3EN.DLL. I have checked the disk for the file and there is no such file.
I have inspected the disk and it is scratched up a bit.. nothing major, just the little scratches that one gets from constant use. The disk will work in other computers, but not this one. I tried to install one program at a time (i.e. First I did word, then Excell, ect.) and that didn't work. Any ideas?

Go to another pc that the disk works on and search for the file, put it on disk or copy it to the pc over the network and try that.
