Win 98 in German language

i have a laptop that was brought to me from Germany by a relative.It's running fine,but everything comes out in German language.What do i do to run it in English?

Do i need to re-install Win 98?

From what I could find out, you will have to reinstall 98, do you have an English version of Win 98 CD with product key ???

Edit:
You could also try going into control panel, regional settings and see if you can change it there.

I do have a Win 98 english version.Will try the regional settings first and if it fails will do a re-install
