Installed Bb On Me Need File 61883.sys

Expand Post »
Hi I have upgraded to Broadband (AOL) and am trying to install the router, and have a wireless laptop which shows that connection is excellent but I cant get on the internet. On my desktop I can get on the Netgear site with IE but not AOL with the router. It is now saying that I need 61883.sys as this is missing??? Is there anywhere I can download this file? I can get on both PC's with the BB modem but want to use the router...any help would be appreciated (I rang AOL help but the man said he didnt know anything about routers..sigh)

Brilliant site by the way!! I found you through Google

Thanks

I'm guessing it would be on either your Windows 98 CD, or on your ISP installation Cd. Have you tried a file search on either of those locations?
