msn messenger 7.0 isnt working

my msn messenger isnt working and it hasnt been working for 2 days when i try signing it says sorry we are unable to sign u into messenger at this time please try again later....i tried everything to get it working i uninstalled and reinstalled i also checked the network status and it said all services are stable and running....my hotmail.com page isnt coming up either i really dont know what to do someone please help!!!!! :cry:

Completely drop All Firewall progs, then in IE options set All Security and Privacy to lowest, then try to log on. You may be Blocking the Cookies. IF ya get in, Quickly get yer stuff back up! Any Zone Alarm based firewall should have a setting to Save certain cookies You want to keep.
