Anyone out there who Can tell me why every time I check for critical updates on the Microsoft site I get told I need to download and install the update referred to in KB 837009 (Cumulative SecurityUpdate for Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1)?
According to my update history I have downloaded and installed this 'successfuly' no less than 10 times! Yet it keeps popping up each visit.
It may have been a bad download, maybe uninstall the original update, and download it again. I worked on a computer that had the same problem, and that fixed it, but not sure it will fix yours, but worth a try.
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete. Otherwise, please start a new thread in this forum instead.
