Error driving me nuts

Can't get into windows after i click close on the error message ,have run ewido and ccleaner and nortons to no avail still get error message .even extracted new dll with SFC .

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module SHELL32.DLL at 017f:7fcc2479.

What;s happened here is that shell32.dll(an extremely important system file) has become corrupt. Your going to have to reinstall Windows.

yes i guess you are right as i did have to reinstall windows ,even after renaming it and repalceing it from the cab files ,with out any luck,thanks for you responce ,
