i dont know whats going on with my computer but everytime i try to turn it on i get this black screen that says something happened with windows and that it cant load...then it gives me the option to run windows from safety mode or start it up normally or something else...but no matter which one i choose it will try to start windows and then go straight to this blue screen with white writing on it and a bunch of mumbo jumbo i dont understand!!! is there anyone who can help me???
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
