Enable CMD

Tried to use the cmd command and received this message:

"The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator"
OS is WinXP SP2 and have not had this problem prior to SP2, but just do not remember if I have succesfully used the "cmd" since the SP2 upgrade.

I am the administrator on this system...........if I did not make the change, where was it done?

How do I get the CMD back?

to disable or enamble by registry
now create a new TXT document
in this document paste this
<<< Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableCMD"=dword:00000000
<<<
only in the simbol <<< ok and save as... no cmd.reg
went you want activate change the "dword to 0"
in this value ok and you want block cahnge the 0 for the 1 ok

Which driver [for what piece of hardware] are you searching for, Palos? Chipset? I cannot find them. Try these people: http://laptop.oks.ph/ecs/ecs-desknote-w341-vp/
