Hi All and Tekmaven if your out there,
having some problems with my PDC, the control seems to keep defaulting to my BDC. below is just one of the error messages that pops up in my monitoring software.
Sys: E 'Wed Sep 17 10:23:30 2003': NETLOGON - " Registration of the DNS record '_ldap._tcp.b943fd1a-cc97-4cce-8597-ac373e4c436a.domains._msdcs.domain.co.uk. 600 IN SRV 0 100 389 server.domain.co.uk.' failed with the following error: %%9005 "
and the same message with the following in place of the _ldap.
'_kerberos._udp.domain.co.uk. 600 IN SRV 0 100 88
'_gc._tcp.domain.co.uk. 600 IN SRV 0 100 3268
'_kpasswd._tcp.domain.co.uk. 600 IN SRV 0 100 464
If anyone recognises these errors give me a shout, i dont realy know what they mean, nevermind how to go about fixing them
